About the Artist

My work is realistic.  My philosophy is to paint what has "it" for me.  My eye locks into what I find beautiful, balanced, and emotive in a floral, landscape, or still life.

My art career started early as the first grade as soon as I realized pencil makes marks on paper.  My family background of artists inspired and encourage my efforts and passion for drawing and painting.  Along the way, studies and workshops have honed my skills as an artist, always learning and experimenting.
