Order Processing & Shipping Timeline  

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Expect delivery within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Original Art  

For Original Art, Avaulte ensures top-notch packaging for secure delivery. We use premium materials, such as Airfloat Systems Strongbox, and ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority at the buyer's expense. Artists are committed to shipping the artwork within seven days of purchase, using the provided packaging and label.

Shipping Costs 

Buyers cover shipping costs through Avaulte’s preferred shipping providers. Artists are responsible for accurate package weight and dimensions.

International Shipping  

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking  

Stay updated with our seamless tracking system. After your order ships, log into your Avaulte account to view real-time tracking on a map. Both guests and account holders can access tracking details.
