We’re here to make things right. Avaulte offers refunds only for items damaged during shipment.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact us at hello@avaulte.com.

2. Provide proof of damage (photos) and your receipt or proof of purchase.

3. We’ll review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a refund.

Refund Process

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method for the product price only; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Return Shipping

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on sending back the item. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
