Avaulte Art Shipping Policy

At Avaulte, we process all orders within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders are then shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Avaulte keeps you informed with notifications throughout each stage of the transaction.

For Paintings, Avaulte provides quality packaging. We use (AirfloatSystems Strongbox™) and other high quality packaging shipped via FedEX, UPS, USPS Priority at the expense of the buyer. The Avaulte artists agrees to ship the purchased paintings | art to the purchaser using the packaging and prepared label provided by Avaulte within seven days following the date of purchase (the “Shipping Period”). 

Buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping through Avaulte's contracted and preferred shipping provider. The Avaulte artist will be responsible for providing accurate weight and dimensions.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Avaulte has an easy shipping tracking system where you can view on a map the location of your purchase at all times. Log into your Avaulte account. From your profile go to your orders page. Tracking is for both guests and account holders.

Refund Policy

The terms and conditions of Avaulte’s current Refund & Return Policy apply to any painting | art that you purchase through the site and services.
