What information is needed when making a purchase?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate. This ensures that your information is safe with us.

You can either purchase as a guest or create an account.

Finally, you have 12 hours to complete an order. After the 12-hour mark, the artworks will be removed from your cart.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is an alternative payment option that is flexible to each buyer's financial situations. It allows customers to save their shipping and payment information securely, streamlining the checkout process for future purchases.

With Shop Pay, buyers will have the ability to pay in full or in monthly installments.

Who handles packaging & shipping?

At Avaulte, each artwork is handled and packaged to ensure a safe arrival to your destination by offering cost-effective shipping rates. Your purchase will be delivered straight from the artist's studio to the shipping address. 

Artwork will be packaged in Airfloat Systems Strongbox™. Any works less than $999 will be shipped via USPS Priority at the expense of the buyer. Any works greater than $1,000 will be shipped via UPS Priority at the expense of the buyer.

When will my artwork be delivered?

Avaulte cares for all of your artwork purchases. Our Shipping Policy is designed to have you feel at ease while your order is being delivered in quality packaging from Airfloat Systems Strongbox™.

When placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated time of arrival. Our tracking system allows you to view the shipping status with ease

Tracking is available for both guests and account holders.

Please also note that Avaulte only ships within the U.S.
