Avaulte Shipping & Refund Policy
All orders are processed within 3 -5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are shipped to the purchaser within 7-10 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For Original Works of Art, Avaulte provides quality packaging. An example: Avaulte uses (AirfloatSystems Strongbox) and other high quality packaging shipped via FedEX, UPS, USPS Priority at the expense of the buyer. The Avaulte artists agrees to ship the purchased Original Work of Art to the purchaser using the packaging and prepared label provided by Avaulte within seven days following the date of purchase (the “Shipping Period”).
Purchasers will be responsible for the cost of shipping through Avaulte contracted/preferred shipping provider/account. The Avaulte artist is responsible for providing accurate weight and dimensions.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Avaulte has an easy shipping tracking system where you can view on a map the location of your purchase at all times. Log into your Avaulte account. From your profile go to your orders page. Tracking is for both guests and account holders.
The terms and conditions of Avaulte’s then-current Return Policy apply to any Original Works of Art that you purchase through the Site and Services.
Avaulte, LLC provides refunds only for goods damaged in shipment. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return and request for refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to provide proof of damage (i.e. photos of damaged work that will be evaluated by the Avaulte, LLC team in considering cases for refunds). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If or when approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refunded amount will be the price of the product(s) purchased. You will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping and handling. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return and refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
