The work will be delivered straight from the artist’s studio to your specified shipping address.

How do I view my order status?

To check your order status, log into your Avaulte account. From your profile go to your orders page. Tracking is also easy with your order confirmation.

No, your payment information goes through Avaulte NOT through the artist. This creates a secure payment process.

How long will a work of art stay in my cart?

Our policy is first come first serve basis. If you add a work of art to your cart, you will have 12 hours to complete the purchase of this item. We appreciate your understanding as each work of art is original.


What is the process to return a work of art?

You will be refunded as long as you return the artwork during the following 7 days after having received the work.

What happens when artwork arrives damaged?
