          About the Artist

          My art explores the realization that the world we find ourselves in – the world which seems familiar to us, with its shared opinions, customs, and traditions – is, at bottom, unfamiliar and foreign. We all have the persistent idea, nagging and tugging at the back of our minds that there is more to this than meets the eye – other perspectives just out of reach.

          I use surrealism as my playground to explore and meditate on the inspirations I’ve built on throughout life. Star Wars is a major fixture in this playground and I find myself coming back to the series again and again.
